Nature of the Event
The Samhain Séance is an experiential event that may include education about Victorian séances and Spiritualism, discussion of death, spirits and paranormal beliefs, protection spellwork, ritual practices, ancestor-focused spiritual practices, meditation or altered atmosphere, and participation in a group séance.
Participants understand that these activities are spiritual, cultural, historical, experiential, and/or entertainment-based in nature.
Entertainment & Spiritual Disclaimer
This Event is provided for entertainment, educational, spiritual, and personal exploration purposes only.
Séances, spirit communication, mediumship, divination, intuitive impressions, spellwork, ritual practices, paranormal experiences, spiritual discussion, or other information shared during the Event are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Nothing occurring during the Event should be used as a substitute for qualified professional care or relied upon as the sole basis for significant medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, or other life decisions.
No representation or guarantee is made regarding the existence of spirits or paranormal phenomena, the ability to communicate with spirits, or the accuracy, authenticity, meaning, identity, or source of any perceived communication or experience.
Séance Experience & No Guarantee of Spirit Activity
Every séance is different.
The nature and outcome of the séance cannot be predicted, controlled, or guaranteed.
The Event Organizers cannot control whether participants perceive spirits, ancestors, loved ones in spirit, paranormal phenomena, messages, sensations, sounds, impressions, physical phenomena, or any other form of activity during the séance.
The Event Organizers cannot guarantee communication with any particular deceased person, ancestor, spirit, entity, or other perceived presence.
Purchasing a ticket provides admission to and participation in the Samhain Séance experience itself. It does not constitute the purchase or guarantee of a particular paranormal, spiritual, emotional, or supernatural outcome.
The absence of perceived spirit communication or paranormal activity does not mean the Event was not delivered as advertised and, by itself, does not entitle an attendee to a refund.
Participants understand that Sabrina cannot control whether, when, how, or if perceived spirit communication occurs.
Personal Interpretation & Individual Experiences
Experiences during a séance may vary significantly from person to person.
Any messages, sensations, emotions, impressions, images, thoughts, sounds, intuitive information, perceived communications, synchronicities, paranormal experiences, or other occurrences are subject to individual interpretation.
Participants are solely responsible for deciding what meaning, if any, they assign to their experiences.
The Event Organizers make no guarantee regarding the identity or source of any perceived communication.
Participants remain solely responsible for decisions or actions they take following the Event.
Respect for Spirit & the Séance
Respect is a fundamental condition of participation in this Event.
Participants agree to approach the séance, ritual practices, ancestors, loved ones in spirit, other participants, and differing spiritual beliefs with respect.
Intentionally mocking, provoking, antagonizing, challenging, taunting, or deliberately disrupting the séance or spiritual practices is not permitted.
Participants who behave in a manner that the host reasonably believes is significantly disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or interfering with the experience may be asked to stop participating or leave the Event with NO refund.
Voluntary Participation & Right to Step Away
Participation in the séance, protection spellwork, rituals, meditation, discussions, demonstrations, spiritual exercises, and other Event activities is voluntary.
Participants are never required to engage in a spiritual or ritual practice that conflicts with their beliefs or personal boundaries.
You may decline an activity or step away if you become uncomfortable.
Participants are responsible for communicating their boundaries and making choices appropriate for their own physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and personal comfort.
Choosing not to participate in an individual portion of the Event does not ordinarily entitle the participant to a full or partial refund.
Emotional & Psychological Considerations
The Event may involve discussion or experiences relating to death, deceased loved ones, grief, ancestors, spirituality, spirits, paranormal phenomena, mortality, and other potentially sensitive subjects.
These subjects may produce unexpected or intense emotional reactions.
Participants voluntarily accept the possibility that they may experience sadness, fear, grief, anxiety, discomfort, excitement, emotional distress, unexpected memories, or other emotional responses.
Participants are responsible for determining whether participating in this type of Event is appropriate for them.
The Event is not therapy, grief counselling, psychiatric treatment, psychological treatment, crisis intervention, or medical care.
If at any point you feel that continuing is not appropriate for your well-being, you are encouraged to stop participating.

No representation or guarantee is made that any spell, ritual, cleansing, spiritual practice, protective technique, intention, herb, object, candle, oil, crystal, symbol, prayer, or other practice will prevent physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, supernatural, or perceived paranormal experiences.
